Return and exchange rules:
1. Returned or exchanged goods must remain in good condition at the time of sale and not affect secondary sales. The goods have not been used, worn, washed, or disassembled. The packaging and accessories (such as brand packaging, dust bags, hang tags, product labels, transportation hanging boxes, certificates of conformity, etc.) must be kept intact, and the hang tags must be kept intact (including but not limited to one in quantity).
If you apply for a return or exchange, please send back the returned or exchanged goods and all related accessories in the same condition as when they were sent by the brand.
3. Exchange is only allowed once, and returns cannot be processed after exchange. Exchange is only allowed for the same product, same color, but different sizes.
4. Products made with handmade origami techniques, any products that have been used or modified, privately customized products, and other products that do not meet the return or exchange conditions are not accepted for return or exchange.
